ACCEPTANCE OF REQUEST

The dispatching office accepts requests for transports continuously, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The request is immediately evaluated and consulted with the facility's doctor. Depending on the nature of the request and the requested dispositions and with fundamental consideration for the patient's health condition and the necessary professional support during the transfer, we will provide the client with an appropriate ambulance, a special ambulance plane, a helicopter or combine the patient's transport with the use of a regular air connection.

A short introduction

The non-state medical facility AMBULANCE MEDITRANS spol. s r. o. was founded in 1991 as one of the first non-state medical rescue and medical transport services in the Czech Republic, with its headquarters in Prague 4. It currently provides its services in the Czech and Slovak Republics, where its subsidiary SOS MEDITRANS SLOVAKIA operates.

Applied know-how since 1991

AMBULANCE MEDITRANS spol. s r. o. has not only top-notch technical equipment, a team of well-prepared professionals from the ranks of doctors, nurses, paramedics and ambulance drivers, but above all applied know-how and experience from the implementation of thousands of interventions. Organizational and technical mastery of a number of simultaneous requirements for securing medical transport, including repatriations from various parts of the world, are a matter of course for us. The high level of expertise of doctors, nurses and ambulance crews or special air ambulances, together with maximum flexibility and reliability, are the basic attributes of our work. They are also the reason why AMBULANCE MEDITRANS has become a partner not only of all domestic health insurance companies, but also of a number of renowned commercial insurance companies, European assistance companies and automobile clubs.

In 2001, the facility was the first in its field in the Czech Republic to be certified for the implementation of a quality management system according to the ISO 9001:2000 standard and subsequently according to the ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Please fill out the following form, the offer for a paid transfer is individual and depends on the current ambulance routes on a given day. If your transfer connects to another route of our ambulance, the price will be cheaper and therefore we approach each transfer by setting the price individually.
